At The Friendsgiving Shop, we want to make your hosting and shopping experience as seamless as possible. Some items in our store—including our subscription boxes and seasonal exclusives—may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a "try before you buy" selection. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these specific types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you join one of our subscription services (such as our snail mail or hosting subscriptions), you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Billing & Security: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you have opted for a "pay in advance" plan.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of their duration to ensure you never miss a delivery. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Managing Your Orders: You have full control over your subscription. Links to manage, pause, or cancel your shipments are included in your initial order confirmation email and all subsequent billing notifications.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are securing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product (such as new stationery collections or seasonal tote bags) before they are in our physical inventory.

Payment: We may collect a partial deposit or authorize your payment method at checkout without charging the full amount immediately. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged in full once the item is ready for fulfillment.

Cancellations: You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has moved to the fulfillment stage, it can no longer be cancelled; however, you may request a return or refund upon receipt of the item.
