Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Friendsgiving Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

*** NO RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR PAPER PRODUCTS, Ecards, GAMES, and ACTIVITY KITS. ***

Other products do have a return window and eligibility. Please read the following policy if you are purchasing items that are not paper products OR activity kits (Paper Products include: invitations, greeting cards, celebration cards, place cards, notebooks, note cards, journals, calendars, diaries, paper keepsakes, drawings, games that include paper products, games, eCards, and activity kits).

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unused & Unopened: The merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with California health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants).

  • Personal care or intimate items (e.g., swimwear, undergarments).

  • Customized or personalized goods. This includes ALL invitations and stationery, paper products.

  • Games
  • eCards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is."

4. California Consumer Disclosures

Per California Civil Code Section 1723, we are disclosing that:

  • Refund Type: Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in eligible condition. (The restocking fee is $10 per item).

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

California law provides an implied warranty of merchantability. If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@friendsgivingshop.com. In the case of a verified defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement including the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Process

  1. Request: Email us at support@friendsgivingshop.com with your order number and photos of the unopened item.

  2. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
